Legacy Offsite is a Design for Manufacturing and Assembly company that manufactures prefabricated panelized building system based on your design. Our in house design team will take your design and convert them to a panelized wall panels and roofing systems for panelized construction on site.

Your building is constructed with either light gauge steel, lumber or SIPS. Our partnership with national suppliers allow us to manufacture the different components for your building envelope based on your specifications.

We are a DRYVIT certified EFIS builder and installer, however we can also install the exterior cladding as per your drawings.

Your prefabricated roof trusses are manufactured in the factory and sent to your site with the walls for rapid construction.

Your building is “dried-in” in days not weeks.
