Legacy is a manufacturer of precision wall panel systems using design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA). Our Cold Formed Steel Rolling Machines are the basis for all our manufacturing: Modular Buildings, Panels, or a complete Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EFIS). A fully prefabricated EFIS system has the following: Sheathing, Air/Water Resistive Barrier, Flashing, Drainage, Dryvit™ Adhisive, EPS Insulation Board (R-Value), Base Coat, Reinforcing Mesh and a Dryvit™ Finish. Our quality control teams and third party inspectors ensure the wall panels meet the highest quality and building codes.

Our three Locations: North Dakota, Colorado, and Tennessee. Because we build inside we avoid weather delays, our trades are in house - we are not working around other companies schedules. There is almost no waste as steel is cut to exact sizes. 

Your Building Envelope is delivered to your site with sheathing, continuous insulation, and exterior cladding already installed. The panels are delivered and stacked in sequence for our on site experts to erect. Your building is “dried-in” in a matter of days not weeks or months. *We can dry in a single story 4,000 sf building in 5 days.
